A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Diagnostic Salesperson seeking a management role with a leading healthcare company!
Role Requirements
· Liaise and communicate effectively with customer and supplier stakeholders.
· Assist the Director of Operations with development and achievement of targets.
· Monitor customer activities in order to identify potential additions to MSC’s.
· Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and to identify opportunities to bring new suppliers into contracts.
· Liaise and communicate effectively with Contracts & Compliance Department staff in relation to the preparation of new contracts, CCN’s and extensions.
· Assist Genmed.me management on potential additions to the supplier base.
· Carry out negotiations with suppliers when requested to do so by the Operational Divisional.
· To provide Genmed.me management on potential changes and trends in the business sector which may influence current and future MSC’s.
· A moderate level of decision-making authority and responsibility in relation to existing MSC’s.
Person Specifications
· Strong knowledge and experience of NHS preferably in an equipment or consumable supply environment.
· In depth experience of account management and/or knowledge of the medical specialities.
· A higher qualification.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to spot trends and identify opportunities.
· Ability to gather information from diverse sources and analyse in the context of the Trusts lab strategy and Trust position in regional pathology networks.
