Role Requirements
Development of key client relationships to maintain agency business & ensure high levels of client satisfaction at all times
Directly supporting the Client Services team in delivering strategic omnichannel campaigns for our healthcare clients
Building effective relationships with the wider Engage In-Health agency team to ensure activity is delivered on time, within budget and reported on accurately
Manage/delegate tactical & administrative processes as well as be able to train and oversee junior staff performance in this area
Understanding of client accounts, including those that require strategic input and have potential for growth opportunities
Taking ownership of all core account business and financial deliverables for key regional/global clients
Apply sound business insight & judgment in the best interests of the agency & our clients
Demonstrate solid understanding of digital marketing
Endeavor to learn the intricacies of our existing client base, their products/therapy areas and their key competitors
Using internal systems and trackers to create, update and disseminate project timings plans, contact reports and status reports when required
Develop a basic understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice that regulates the promotion of pharmaceutical products
Person Specifications
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Attention to detail and ability to copy-check and proof-read
Ability to work across multiple projects, prioritise accordingly and work to agreed deadlines
Pro-active self-starter with the flexibility to work well in a team, or on stand-alone projects if required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Planner
