Role Requirements
-Understand market, client, and business long-term strategy, goals, and pain points.
-Develop and maintain solid client relationships, leading solution development efforts.
-Coordinate company personnel for effective implementation.
-Build relationships with key decision-makers, understanding organizational dynamics.
-Take responsibility for booking, revenue, and margin, meeting targets and promoting growth.
-Lead planning processes, establishing mutual performance objectives and milestones.
-Conduct quarterly account reviews, coordinating personnel for client objectives.
-Ensure prompt closure of service or billing problems through post-sale follow-up.
-Execute successful contract renewals and negotiate price increases.
-Demonstrate business value through regular reports and meetings.
-Monitor and achieve quarterly retention targets with accurate sales forecasting.
Person Specifications
-Commitment to learning and following health and safety protocols, with provided training.
-Successful track record as an Account Manager or in a related role.
-Passion for customer satisfaction and relationship development.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Results-oriented and a determined problem solver.
-Experience in using CRM Salesforce to track and forecast account activities.
