Role Overview
You will upsell and cross-sell their diagnostics portfolio to NHS customers across the North East.
Company Information
Zenopa is partnered with a huge global player in the in vitro diagnostics market. They offer software, tools, and reagents that help identify the source of contamination and illness in order to enhance patient health.
Their portfolio is utilised for the diagnosis of viral illnesses and producing accurate findings for cardiovascular problems and cancer screening.
Role Requirements
At the customer site, identify all decision makers, competitor assets and customer related incidents, ensuring this is captured in the CRM.
Deliver strategic account management to maintain relationships and grow/achieve annual sales objectives.
Manage the entire sales process and define and communicate the actions to be carried out.
Assist in generating tender responses and lead negotiations and discussions until the signing of sales contracts.
Present MSC Reconcilliation Data to customers at required frequency (UK & Ireland).
Ensure close communication with the business developers and/or hierarchical management for the account strategy in relation to labchains and central purchasing agencies.
Person Specifications
Hold a Bachelor of Science as a minimum.
Post Graduate degree in Business/Marketing highly preferred.
Experience in sales, preferably in the Life Science environment is preferred.
Knowledge of the competitive landscape within the diagnostics market.
