Account Manager
Role Overview
You will sell our clients products and expertise to Laboratories across the Netherlands. Your performance will be measured on your ability to achieve the sales targets set by management.

Role Requirements
– Develop and promote sales, qualify customer needs, qualify demand for highly technical customers, and propose appropriate solutions.
– Negotiate and conclude sales and sales contracts.
– Identify customer needs and meet them with an appropriate offer.
– Applying action plans in line with the operational marketing strategy.
– Respond to invitations to tender issued by customers, applying the pricing and service policy.
– Making regular visits to key customers, maintaining strong relationships.
Person Specifications
– Higher education in biology (at least 4 years’ higher education).
– Previous life science sales experience
– Proven expertise in Diagnostics.
– 3 to 5 years’ commercial experience.
– Good office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
– Rigour, organisation, strong interpersonal skills, customer focus.
– Fluent Dutch and English.
