Account Manager
Role Overview
As an Account Manager II, you will sell the our clients products and expertise and achieve the sales targets set by management.

Role Requirements
– Develop and promote sales, qualify customer needs, qualify demand for highly technical customers (laboratories) and proposing appropriate solutions.
– Negotiate and conclude sales and sales contracts: reagents, laboratory equipment, services, etc.
– Prospecting for new customers, building loyalty with existing customers, identifying their needs and meeting them with an appropriate offer.
– Applying the action plans defined by the Sales Manager in line with the operational marketing strategy.
– Responding to invitations to tender issued by customers, applying the pricing and service policy communicated by the Sales Manager.
– To achieve the sales targets approved by management.
– Maintain close relations with customers.
– Making regular visits to key customers.
– Updating the customer database (CRM).
– Drawing up weekly and monthly reports.
– Follow the Bio-Rad Group’s compliance rules.
Person Specifications
– Higher education in biology (at least 4 years’ higher education)
– Required expertise: Diagnostic
– 3 to 5 years’ commercial experience required
– Good office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
– Rigour, organisation, strong interpersonal skills, customer focus
– Fluent English
