Role Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager to cover the Midlands and North UK. With a reporting line to the UK Sales Manager, the successful post holder will be an integral part of the Sales team and contribute to the planning and delivery of a national sales strategy and be responsible for the development and implementation of business specific sales goals.

Role Requirements
– Grow sales in the North UK
– Identify and report on business-to-business opportunities in target markets
– Maximise business opportunities, build a strong pipeline and driving sector growth
– Meet and exceed revenue opportunities
– Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry issues and competitive
landscape
– Represent customer interests in driving business strategy and management decisions
– Manage and report on the sales budget
Person Specifications
– Minimum of 1.5 years sales experience
– Strong business acumen
– Computer Literacy at a highly competent level
– Microbiology experience preferred
– Professional, friendly and approachable manner
– Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills
