Account Manager
Role Overview
You will act as the primary point of contact for customers across the region, leading on relationship management and identifying opportunities to expand business.

Operating globally, across more than 100 countries, they support laboratories and healthcare providers with integrated workflow systems.
Role Requirements
Manage and grow existing customer accounts across the defined territory.
Build long-term, value-based relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and implement account-specific sales plans.
Attend industry conferences and lead on tenders, renewals, and new business opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Accurately forecast sales and contribute to overall business planning.
Person Specifications
Proven experience in a sales or account management role within a clinical or life science environment.
Ideally, experience within histology or cellular pathology, particularly in NHS or research settings.
Commercially minded with a track record of delivering results over time.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
