Role Overview
A great opportunity for a Biomedical Science or Life Science graduate (experience in Molecular and/or Microbiology techniques), with some post-degree experience in a customer-facing or laboratory role, who is looking to move into a scientific commercial position. Also a great role for a Medical Lab Assistant or Biomedical Scientist

Role Requirements
Provide in-house technical product support for full product range for customers and company employees when required.
Answer written or telephone enquiries and complaints from customers and staff concerning the nominated range of products. Ensure that any necessary reports and documentation are generated and maintained.
Provide in-house customer training courses to ensure adequate understanding and efficient use of products
Provide technical support for pre-sales activities, such as product presentations and demonstrations.
Maintain product, technical and professional knowledge. Attend company and external training courses and meetings.
Assist in any other duties within the company as requested.
Person Specifications
Minimum Experience:
Educated to degree level in life science subject.
Minimum 2 years microbiology, molecular or virology laboratory experience is preferred
Experience of training is desirable
