Role Requirements
– Drive customer success by ensuring our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.
– Develop, deliver, and customize both onsite and remote training programs for customers
– Contribute to the design and refinement of innovative workflows, helping customers standardize and automate pharmaceutical microbiology QC processes
– Serve as the expert resource for the support team, addressing complex workflow and application challenges
Person Specifications
– Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences or equivalent relevant experience
– Understanding of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and, ideally, QC processes
– Strong communication skills, able to ask insightful questions and convey information clearly
– Proactive and action-oriented, with a positive, can-do approach
– Excellent diagnostic & organizational skills
– Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
– Willingness to travel internationally up to maximum 20%
– Based within a reasonable commuting distance from Microtechnix’ HQ in Sint-Niklaas (Gentse Baan 66, 9100 Sint-Niklaas)
