Role Overview

You will support the Sales and Marketing teams by organising and fulfilling regular visits to product users, providing customer support, handling complaints, and managing Acute Care installations.

Role Requirements

Organise and fulfil regular visits to product users at all departmental levels to ensure customer support and complaint handling.
Take primary responsibility for project managing Acute Care installations within your geographical area.
Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, including collaboration with the assigned IT Specialist.
Coordinate and schedule training dates by department.
Ensure all documentation is recorded on the CRM system.

Person Specifications

Educated to degree level in Science or Business.
Strong knowledge of POCT (Point of Care Testing).
Ability to learn and understand scientific and clinical information relating to the Acute Care device portfolio.
