Area Sales Manager
Role Overview
Products: Microscopes, endoscopes, camera systems, single use insutuments, theatre consumables
Responsible for: Sales of all hospital products in designated sales area for niche therapy area’s: ENT, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Forensic.
Customer: All existing and potential customers, all personnel – Consultants through to procurement, must be comfortable liaising with senior hospital customers at board level.
Objective: To maintain existing business level and increase sales and market share.

Zenopa are partnering closely with a growing medical devices distributor that provide equipment and instruments to ENT professionals. They are looking for a new Area Sales Manager to join their team, covering their London territory. This is a growth role, due to an internal promotion, so the successful candidate will be moving into a well-established territory, with excellent client relationships and opportunities.
Role Requirements
Key Tasks:
To develop designated sales area.
Maintain existing customer relations.
Seek out new business
Attend hospital exhibitions
Assist with sales external to designated area as required.
Show initiative and be proactive in your sales approach.
Covering secondary care and sarc centres, forensic market and primary care.
Person Specifications
Qualification/ Training requirements:
Full driving licence
Either qualified to degree level or experienced in a similar role
Ability to show technical competence
Quick to learn
Able to work under pressure
Sales training qualifications or experience desirable
Package
Up to £45,000 base salary
Bonus – 4% on all sales, accelerators over 100%
Car – Company car or allowance
Meal allowance
