Role Overview

You will sell their portfolio of instruments and reagents to NHS Laboratories across the North of the UK. Your performance will be based on your ability to achieve agreed sales and profit targets.

Company Information

Zenopa is partnered with a major industry player in IVD and a leader in protein molecule separation in laboratories. They produce high quality devices and reagents using this method for the purpose of disease detection and management.
Although they are very much a growing company, their culture still focuses on a tight-knit family feeling.

Role Requirements

Managing and developing growth of business within a designated territory for both active customer accounts and prospective accounts.
Identifying key decision makers and stakeholders across each account and effectively implement our sales cycle to ensure positive tender outcomes.
Communications between personnel and the customer and for ensuring new product implementations go smoothly.
Identifying and informing the National Sales Manager and Product Manager of competitor activities or customer trends within the territory.
Awareness of and proactive adaption to local changes to customer structure, including laboratory networking and consolidation, procurement hubs and developments in clinical care and commissioning pathways.

Person Specifications

Degree or equivalent with a technical, electronics or scientific background.
Proven experience in selling to the NHS at all levels, especially in the field of IVD.
knowledge of Serum Protein Electrophoresis, HB screening or HbA1c would be an advantage.
Experience in negotiating and managing contracts, both directly and as a third-party supplier.
Experience in managing the submission of successful tender proposals.
