Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to play a crucial role in increasing income and revenue by managing customer relationships, generating leads, and qualifying prospects. The successful candidate will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers, providing excellent service, and ensuring high-quality support to our customers and colleagues.
Territory – South Thames / South East
Field Based.

Offers a range of single-use and reusable instruments, as well as capital equipment.
Role Requirements
-Plan and execute effective sales days, pre-booking appointments with key decision-makers.
-Drive sales growth across multiple product ranges including Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmic, Neuro, Orthopedic, and Sterile Services specialties.
-Build long-lasting relationships by evaluating customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
-Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
-Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads.
-Attend conferences, sales events, and training sessions to stay informed about industry developments.
-Provide daily feedback and updates to management via our CRM system.
-Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales opportunities.
-Go the extra mile to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Person Specifications
– Proven successful sales record
– Experience selling in hospital theatres
– Existing hospital network
– Comfortable with being hands-on, tenacious, hardworking and proactive
– Motivated by potential unlimited earnings
– Preferably from SME background
Package
– Commission: 3% on all sales
– Car Allowance: Approximately £500
– Mileage Rate: 45p per mile (first 10,000 miles), 25p thereafter
– Additional Benefits: Lunch allowance, 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
– Potential for significant earnings through territory development
