Area Sales Manager
Role Overview
Responsible for growing sales across a diverse surgical portfolio in the South Thames/South East region, with a strong focus on hospital theatres and sterile services.

Role Requirements
Plan and conduct effective sales days with pre-booked appointments
Drive growth across product ranges in Gynaecology, Urology, ENT, and more
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers in NHS and private hospitals
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Generate leads and follow up on opportunities
Attend conferences and training events to stay current with market trends
Provide regular CRM updates and maintain detailed customer records
Deliver outstanding customer service and post-sale support
Person Specifications
Proven track record of successful sales performance
Experience selling into hospital theatres or relevant clinical environments
Strong network within NHS or private hospitals in the region
Hands-on, tenacious, and highly motivated
Driven by earning potential and career growth
Package
Commission: 3% on all sales
Car allowance: Approximately £500 per month
Mileage: 45p per mile (first 10,000 miles), then 25p
Lunch allowance
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
