Business Development Executive
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive you will new business and develop existing business for the Clinical Diagnostics, Clinical Referrals and Clinical Genetics UK sectors to by exploiting and opening opportunities. There is a high expectation on winning new business prospects as well as managing the on-boarding process to ensure retention of new business is strong.

Role Requirements
To drive the commercial new sales accounts and raise the bar in terms of attention to detail, structure and the service offered to the customer base to maximise its full potential.
Lead any tender opportunity that you uncover or get presented with.
Understand each customer’s risks and opportunities by creating / adapting customer account plans on CRM
Understand the clinical diagnostics, referrals and clinical genetics, trends, market analysis to allow a more structured approach to current and prospective customer base
Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
Person Specifications
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Current and valid driving licence
Effective communication skills both written and oral.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail.
