Business Development Manager

-Execute effective sales strategies by engaging in proactive sales initiatives, expanding territory coverage, and cultivating future prospects to secure orders and meet individual annual financial targets.
-Demonstrate a strong blend of technical and commercial proficiency, staying abreast of industry developments, and showcasing competence to enhance customer -relationships and optimize personal accomplishments.
-Ensure the accurate and timely input of information into the CRM system, providing comprehensive reporting to support organizational goals.
-Collaborate closely with marketing teams to formulate growth targets and implement relevant activities to drive business success.
-Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and develop proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition to customers.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of competitor strategies and activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
-Deliver exceptional customer service, keeping clients informed of project progress and addressing their needs effectively.
-Participate in trade shows and industry conferences, either as a networker, guest speaker, or business promoter, to enhance the company’s visibility and market presence.
– It would beneficial for a candidate to posess a Science, Environmental, or Engineering Degree, or alternatively posess 5+ years equivalent industry experience
-Sales focus on wastewater treatment chemical solutions in the UK Industrial market
-Advantageous to have experience in selling technical services solutions
-Energetic, self-motivated, and ambitious individual sought

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
