Business Development Manager
Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive the success of the assigned product group by exceeding profit and revenue targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying key stakeholders, and exploring new prospects for sales opportunities. This is a remote based position with occasional travel to their office in Tamworth.
Based: Tamworth (1-2 days office presence per week)
PRODUCTS: High performance metals & metallic compounds (Nickel-Coated Graphite, Nickel Oxides, Nickel Flakes, Nickel Powders Nickel Electroforming Materials, Stainless Steel Flakes, Special Magnetic Flake, Silver-Coated Particles).

Role Requirements
– Exceed agreed profit and revenue targets of a specific product group. Report back monthly on achievements and challenges.
– Build strong customer relationships and identify key stakeholders to ensure PI-KEM is first choice supplier.
– Identify new business prospects and evaluating their position in the market; researching and analysing the potential sales opportunities associated with them.
– Grow existing accounts by providing support, information and identifying opportunities for increasing existing revenue levels.
Person Specifications
The company are seeking positive and driven individuals, with experience working in a business development/sales capacity, who ideally come from a strong technical background in a scientific/engineering related discipline.
Package
Basic Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Bonus Scheme – 30% – OTE Paid Quarterly & Uncapped!
Fuel Milage – 0.45p per mile
