Business Development Manager – Spinal Solutions (South UK)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a leading company in the spinal healthcare sector. This is a growth position with a focus on driving sales for innovative spinal products, particularly in endoscopic spinal solutions and implants, across the southern region of the UK.
Role Requirements
· Promote innovative endoscopic spinal solutions and implants to key stakeholders across the Southern UK.
· Build and maintain relationships with spinal surgeons, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
· Work closely with a clinical support team to provide exceptional service and product knowledge.
· Drive results while maintaining a consultative approach to sales.
· Support the delivery of high-quality solutions and ensure customers are well-equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.
Person Specifications
“B.S. or B.A. in related field required.
“Experience with spinal and/or endoscopic surgery products preferred.
“Minimum of 5 years experience in surgical/device/capital sales. Previous sales management experience strongly preferred.
“Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
“The following physical demands are required:
Stand/Sit/Walk 8 hours per day

The role offers flexibility in terms of location, but candidates should be comfortable with travelling across the region, as this role covers the entire southern UK (so the opportunity is big!).
Package
· Competitive salary banding of £60,000 – £65,000
· Uncapped commission structure with additional £16,000 – £18,000 achievable upon meeting targets
· £550 car allowance
· 25 days holiday plus days in lieu
· Pension plan (5% matched)
