The Business Development Manager is a focused sales role that is responsible for developing mutually beneficial commercial relationships across key NHS and other commercial organisations.

Role Requirements
The Toto Business Development Manager will:
– be responsible for both capital equipment and rental sales growth on the Toto product and be accountable for achievement of sales goals and account management.
– drive additional revenue streams, igniting new customer engagement within untapped B2B commercial healthcare provider markets.
– collaborate with the Toto Product Specialists and current team of Territory Managers to seek out opportunities to deliver further sales growth on large capital equipment tenders.
Person Specifications
– Sales and Key Account Management experience within Rental markets / Capital Sales and proven track record of success in B2B commercial
healthcare.
– Robust account planning, driving the right business behaviour and developing creative business proposals to drive sales.
– An understanding of medical devices
– High level of proven and sustained sales achievement
