Role Requirements
– Sales Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, focusing on new client acquisition in untapped markets.
– Closing Deals: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiating and closing high-value deals.
– Market Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into emerging markets, positioning the solution as the go-to choice for rehabilitation.
– Strategic Selling: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition.
– Performance Accountability: Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets, reporting regularly on pipeline progress, deal closures, and market feedback. Maintain detailed customer records and communications within the company’s CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
– Industry Networking: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within the target client base in the rehabilitation space by attending key industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate business opportunities.
Person Specifications
– Experience: 2-5 years in medical sales, business development, or account management, ideally within a healthcare-related industry and with exposure to the NHS.
– Proven Success: A strong track record of driving revenue, securing new business, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as neurotechnology, cognitive health, neurology, or physiotherapy is a significant advantage.
– Self-Motivation: Thrives in an independent work environment, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
– Sales Skills: Expertise in prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
– Technical Proficiency: Competent in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools to manage pipelines and customer relationships effectively.
– Flexibility to Travel: Open to traveling across the UK for in-person product demonstrations.
