Role Requirements

– Ensuring sufficient sales activity, territory coverage, and market development to achieve financial targets.
– Collaborating closely with the marketing team on promotional activities.
– Leading regular meetings with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and secure long-term business.
– Keeping up-to-date with competitor strategies and activities to identify new business growth areas.
– Attending trade shows and industry conferences to network

Person Specifications

We seek a candidate with a proven track record in business development or field-based sales within the Industrial market. Within this role you will need to have the ability to travel widely and at short notice.
The ideal candidate will possess:
– Drive and enthusiasm to meet business growth targets.
– A creative, innovative, and passionate approach to driving sales.
– Excellent influencing, communication, and negotiation skills.
– Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
– A collaborative and consultative approach to prospecting opportunities.
