Role Overview
You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies for HPLC and spectroscopy products for customers in pharma and academia industries across the UK.

Role Requirements
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to devise and execute effective sales strategies to meet or surpass company growth targets.
Provide guidance and influence on portfolio and product strategy to align with company objectives.
Take ownership of a personal sales territory or segment to deliver targeted results.
Offer insights to shape pricing strategy for sustainable business growth and profitability.
Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
Person Specifications
Desirable experience in utilizing CRM for effective sales funnel management.
At least 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in analytical instrument and/or service sales, with a focus on HPLC, GC, MS, and molecular spectroscopy.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical and scientific research & development sector is preferred.
Demonstrated track record of sales success, including meeting territory and major account targets.
