Business Director - Med Comms Jobs / Advertising

Zenopa are recruiting for an established Business Director for an award winning Healthcare Advertising agency based in London. (Hybrid / Remote)

They need a passionate leader and someone who can be a partner and mentor to their clients. You’ll know what your client needs and how to make that happen. You’ll also drive the client’s business by thinking well beyond where the business is now and applying creative business thinking while optimizing assets, resources, and tools on behalf of them too.

When it comes down to character, they need someone who wants to inspire and nurture creativity to help to drive the brand’s growth by ensuring alignment with the client’s brand vision.

Your role would be to lead and oversee a global business unit – you’d be a Senior counsel and a trusted advisor to senior client leads, gaining the clients’ trust, identifying opportunities and providing recommendations for the brands. You need to have the ability to facilitate and lead key strategic conversations/ workshops and meetings.

They need someone with a strong scientific and commercial background and someone preferably who has experience leading account handling teams and being a key strategic partner for their clients too

Salary: 85,000 – £95,000
