Business Manager

Reporting to the Product Manager, we are seeking to appoint a IHC Business Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the IHC product group of the company and have responsibility for its success in relation to business goals.
The position will include organising, planning, allocating resources and managing the day-to-day operational activity of this group.
Primarily focusing on establishing and retaining business growth opportunities, there will be the requirement to foster business relationships and to actively participate in customer visits.

The person will be required to work with personnel across all areas of the company as well as deal directly with both customers & suppliers.

Knowledge and Experience:
o Knowledge of Immuno Histochemistry processes, reagents, and equipment.
o Knowledge of current practices in IHC

Market intelligence:
o Aware of new development in IHC
o Aware of competitors in IHC marketplace
Skills and Behaviours:
Expertise in the field of Cellular Pathology specifically IHC
Knowledge of Pathology, laboratory diagnostics market and the respective clinical relevance.
Willingness to travel.
