A leading manufacturer of precision laboratory equipment is seeking an experienced Channel Manager to support and grow its network of European distributors. With a strong reputation in the industry and a growing presence across Europe, this newly created role is a key part of their international sales strategy.
Role Requirements
Manage and develop distributor relationships across Europe
Support sales reps and improve engagement with end users
Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts
Coordinate with internal teams to align sales strategy
Share market insights to support product and marketing decisions
Person Specifications
Strong communicator with relationship-building experience
Independent and proactive, with strong organisational skills
Willing to travel across Europe (approx. 25%)
Background in scientific or technical sales is preferred
Fluency in French, German, or Spanish is a plus
