Clinical Applications Specialist
Role Overview
My client are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Clinical Application Specialist to address the clinical needs of customers in the assigned territory, demonstrate the use of the products and ensure ongoing positive customer experience.

Zenopa are excited to be recruiting for a global Point of Care Ultrasound company that are looking for a new Clinical Application Specialist to work across the North of France and Belgium. They dedicate every day to the innovation and developing of imaging solutions that enable clinicians to provide improved healthcare in leading institutions.
Role Requirements
– Responsible for installing the products at the customer site and training the customer on how to use new products
– Partner with Regional Sales Managers in assigned territories to understand prospect’s clinical needs
– Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues to ensure ongoing positive customer experience
– Support the Sales counterpart by maintaining the company presence and relationships at installed base client sites
– Identify potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within new and existing customers and bring opportunities to the attention of the Regional Sales Manager to pursue and close the deal
– Provide Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed
– Actively manage new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
– Attend regional, national and international shows/events
Person Specifications
Knowledge and Experience:
– Must have at least (3) three years’ experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably ultrasound, OR
– Must have at least (2) two years’ experience in a similar Clinical Applications Specialist role AND the ability to quickly learn about Ultrasound
– Must have experience in defining problems and offering customer- oriented solutions for their problems on-site, via phone and email
Skills and Abilities:
– Shows determination to help the team achieve results and set quotas
– Ability to develop and maintain positive customer relationships with all accounts
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities and workloads
– Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction
– Committed to honesty and integrity
– Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to identify and answer customer specific needs
– Fluent in English and relevant local language(s) for the region
