Role Overview
My client are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Clinical Application Specialist to address the clinical needs of customers in the assigned territory, demonstrate the use of the products and ensure ongoing positive customer experience.

They dedicate every day to the innovation and developing of imaging solutions that enable clinicians to provide improved healthcare in leading institutions.
Role Requirements
Responsible for;
– Installing the products at the customer site and training the customer on how to use new products
– Partner with Regional Sales Managers in assigned territories to understand prospect’s clinical needs
– Own post-sales activities in the field, such as encouraging customer product adoption and addressing any customer issues to ensure ongoing positive customer experience
– Support the Sales counterpart by maintaining the company presence and relationships at installed base client sites
– Identify potential for upsell/cross-sell opportunities within new and existing customers and bring opportunities to the attention of the Regional Sales Manager to pursue and close the deal
– Provide Clinical / Technical / Educational support to new and existing customers as needed
– Actively manage new and existing client relationships via Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
– Attend regional, national and international shows/events
Person Specifications
My client are seeking;
– Previous experience in a similar Clinical Applications Specialist role in desired along with the ability to quickly learn about Ultrasound
– Previous experience as an engineer or healthcare specialist is a must
– Must have experience in defining problems and offering customer-oriented solutions for their problems onsite, via phone and email
– Experience in dealing with numerous requirements and performing detailed prioritization is required
– Ability to understand both the clinical and business needs of the customer and Fujifilm Sonosite respectively
– The ability to translate customer needs into clear product requests is essential
