This is a national position that will involve you supporting the sales team by demonstrating our MRI products, supporting installations and providing training and education on their products/applications to customers

Our client are a leading imaging company looking for a Clinical Application Specialist to support the sales team by demonstrating our MRI products, supporting installations, and providing training and education on our products/applications to customers in order to achieve the sales goals.
Role Requirements
You will be responsible for improving our customer satisfaction in the services that we provide as a team around the needs of the customers
You will perform high quality, high value product demonstrations and hand over as required and ensure that product features and specifications are understood so that the customer is able to appreciate the benefit of a HCE Solution
You will provide timely communication to users pre and post commissioning/training to ensure full usage of their products
You will also gather information on customer expectations and changing market needs as well as competitor activities
Person Specifications
Required:
Medical experience as a medical practitioner, nurse, MTA, MRTA.
Experience in MRI in a global medical device or healthcare related company
