Clinical Manager
Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Clinical Manager covering the South of UK and Ireland. Clinical Trainers are responsible for the support and education of the customer base, updating and training customers on the trends within infusion therapy, clinical practice and the applications of new and installed products/equipment.

Role Requirements
– Achieving and maintaining a high level of knowledge and competency on all the Infusion products.
– Undertake delivery of training, to meet customer needs, in line with legislation, health and safety, ethics and hospital protocols.
– Work effectively with the key nursing, medical and professional development personnel to establish effective working links whilst undertaking these trials, implementations and study days.
– To support in the development of clinical strategies to ensure patient safety
– Form relationships with key stakeholders to ensure clinical outcomes are met.
– Act as a brand ambassador, to ensure customer satisfaction
– Work closely with the team to ensure objectives are met.
Person Specifications
Requirements
– Registered nurse with a strong clinical background
– Teaching / Training experience
Competencies
– Experience of infusion therapy
– Ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholder groups.
– Conscientious approach to work.
– Strong organisation skills
– Positive and professional attitude
– Good customer orientation and problem-solving skills
– Flexible attitude and the ability to handle changing priorities if required
– Valid and current driving license and willing to travel throughout a designated area.
