Role Overview

The Clinical support will undertake tasks and responsibilities associated with sales support within designated territories as nominated by Territory Managers and overviewed by the National Sales Manager

Role Requirements

These will include the following listed below and other duties may be assigned depending on the needs of the business:
Attend surgery and support both theatre and hospital staff as required
Conduct consignment stock audits where directed by territory managers
Provide training to theatre staff on poducts
Provide an up to date record on Sales-I of accounts visited
Maintain adequate records of account or potential account contact history
Co-ordinate with the appropriate company personnel in Head Office any relevant information regarding consignment and loan cases attended
Coordinate with the territory manager regarding cases that need clinical support
Relate any relevant sales opportunities to the relevant territory manager
Keep the Company informed of customer feedback, specifically in the field of post marketing surveillance and any other relevant market information

Person Specifications

Personal attributes/competencies:
– Excellent communicator
– Well presented
– Able to build effective relationships

Essential:
– Experience in orthopaedic theatres
– Full UK driving licence (preferably clean)

Desirable:
– Orthopaedic experience within hands and feet
– Experience of managing implants and sets for orthopaedic cases
