We are recruiting for a team of Clinical Specialists across the UK and this territory specifically covers Hertfordshire & West Essex. Our our client has acquired a type 2 diabetes product and are building a sales team across the UK.
The product is a prescription medication that is that is used to lower blood sugar (glucose) in adults with type 2 diabetes, to reduce the risk of Major cardiovascular events.
Our client is present in over 140 countries and employ over 17,000 people worldwide. They work within a number of therapy areas including anti-infective, diabetes, cardiology, men’s health, neurology, skeletal system, central nervous system, respiratory and rheumatology. The portfolio is promoted to both primary and secondary care.
– To plan and carry out the promotion of the portfolio to UK Health professionals (across primary and secondary care)
– Utilise available data to prepare and implement a territory business plan.
– Agree, implement and regularly review business objectives and personal development plans with line manager.
– Identify and liaise with KOL’s and advocates to develop or maintain local guidelines
Diabetes experience with a network of HCP contacts (desirable)
Proven track record of achievement
Strong commununication and presentation skills
Strong account planning and organisation skills
Hospital formulary application (desirable)
