Clinical Support Specialist

You will support surgeons and theatre staff, educate clinical teams on orthopaedic solutions, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and assist sales in developing new opportunities.

Role Requirements
You will play a crucial role in supporting surgeons and theatre staff, ensuring the effective use of the companies products
Educating clinical teams on the companies innovative solutions.
Building relationships with hospitals, NHS & private sector stakeholders.
Becoming a specialist in market-leading orthopaedic solutions.
Assisting sales managers in developing new opportunities.
Person Specifications
Experience in orthopaedic arthroplasty and working in theatre environments.
Strong interpersonal skills to support both new and existing customers.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a growing team.
Flexibility & adaptability to support accounts across the UK.
Excellent organisation & communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Package
Salary: £43,000 – £50,000 + £10,000 Annual Bonus
Car Allowance: £650 p/m, company car also an option.
Progression Path – Move into a Senior Clinical Specialist role or transition to Sales.
International Exposure – Occasional travel to Switzerland & Belgium.
