You will support the Country Manager in various business activities to help grow sales and achieve the business objectives

Role Requirements
Support key launch projects and initiatives for the German market by collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Prepare and share regular business reports & analytics on business performance, market trends & other competitive metrics for management review
Design, develop and launch marketing initiatives for various products and key launches in the market
Support sales & revenue generation activities by identifying potential opportunities, negotiating rate contracts and participating in business meetings & presentations
Assist in the development & implementation sales strategies to meet revenue targets and maximise market share in Germany
Person Specifications
A highly motivated self-starter, capable of hitting the ground running and excelling in a high growth, fast-paced and highly complex business environment.
Very strong analytical and MS excel skills
Open to travel, as needed, for business events, conferences etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills – proficiency in German & English language needed
Diligent & a strong team player
