Zenopa are recruiting a Customer Care Representative in Reading and surrounding areas
TITLE – Customer Care Representative
DIVISION – Customer Care
TERRITORY – Reading / Winnersh
Your role will be to provide a high level of customer care to both internal & external stakeholders. You’d be working with the OCAPI system to resolve tasks to ensure customer orders and sent at the right time, with the right price and in full. You’d also be working with the Sales team to ensure that any free of charge samples are ordered in time.
REQUIREMENTS
· Strong team working skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Passion for customer service excellence;
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels;
· Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers;
· Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment;
