Role Requirements

– Process Sales orders and communicate stautus with the customer
– Accurately process claims
– Work on SAP
– Take accountability for Key Accounts

Person Specifications

– Strong Admin Skills
– Prior experience in Customer Service
– Experience of dealing with retail and wholesale customers (desirable)
– Strong Communication Skills
