Customer Service Assistant
The ideal candidate will work well within the Customer Success Team to deliver effective, prompt and friendly service. From scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, resolving complaints and/or dealing with product issues. You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic
Booking customer appointments and managing multiple diaries
Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, etc.
Be a pro-active part of the customer success journey across our support channels (Whatsapp, App, Email, Phone).
Assist with dispatch of items
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
