Role Requirements
· Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Care Centre to perform service, maintenance, and installations of the clients products, ensuring optimal performance within your designated product range.
· Quality Assurance: Follow established policies for processing material parts and maintain all test equipment and tools in excellent condition.
· Customer Focus: Proactively address any issues affecting customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when contractual obligations are at risk.
· Team Dynamics: Foster strong communication and collaboration with managers and colleagues to achieve operational excellence.
· Compliance and Best Practices: Adhere to work instructions, quality policies, and regulatory requirements to uphold our standards.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in team operations.
· Training and Development: Complete mandatory training and personal administration tasks promptly, and participate in advanced training sessions in Europe and the USA.
· Technical Support: Provide out-of-hours technical support when required, ensuring our customers have access to assistance whenever needed.
· Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate within a multidisciplinary customer service team to uphold our company values and commitment to healthcare innovation.
· Travel Requirements: The position primarily covers the M25 and surrounding areas, requiring a flexible approach to travel.
· Training Opportunities: Mandatory training will take place in state-of-the-art facilities in Europe and the USA.
· Mentorship Program: You will be paired with an experienced mentor to support your development and transition into the role.
Person Specifications
· Educational Background: HNC/HND in Electronics, Engineering, or Bio-Chemistry.
· Field Experience: Previous field service experience in troubleshooting electronic or medical equipment is preferred.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in IT, Microsoft Office, and Networking Infrastructure.
· Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer-facing abilities, with a knack for building respect and rapport at all levels.
· Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.

· Salary: Up to £45,000 with an OTE bonus
