Working both independently and as part of a team to manage tasks effectively.
Continuously learning about new developments in software and quality management to better assist customers.

Person Specifications
Experience in a responsible role within a general practice, with solid knowledge of practice management and quality management systems.
Familiarity with software and the ability to support customers in this area.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels.
A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to think solution-oriented.
Energy, confidence, and enthusiasm for helping and advising customers.
Eagerness to learn and research new knowledge and skills to improve your work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking responsibility for your tasks.

Experience with quality management in general practices is a strong advantage.
