Customer Service Technician
Role Overview
This role is based in Mainz (Germany), and requires travel around that area and within German speaking countries. The primary reasonability for this role is to visit customer sites and ensure maintenance and repairs are conducted with CAE’s products, whilst ensuring excellent customer service and correct documentation.

Role Requirements
· Conduct maintenance and repairs of CAE Healthcare products at workshop in Mainz as well as international customer sites.
· Resolve and document customer service issues as per the customer service process by telephone, email and/or at customer sites
· Support of events by CAE Healthcare Academy and Sales and Marketing departments e.g. Conferences, exhibitions and simulation days
· Build and maintain effective relationships with the remainder of the CAE Healthcare team and customers within the region
Person Specifications
· Technical degree, Vocational Training, BSc, or equivalent
· Experience and knowledge in the fields of electronics, pneumatics and mechanics
· Excellent computer and networking skills in Mac OS, Linux, Windows and use of software packages e.g. Word, Excel, Salesforce.com
· Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
· Ability to act on own initiative and work as part of a team
· Proficient in English and German in written and verbal communication,
· Knowledge other languages is considered an advantage
· Ability to build and maintain good customer relations with professionalism and courtesy while under pressure
· Interest in education in health care, clinical skills or bio-medical experience an advantage
· Driving Licence required
