Digital Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for several remote based Account Managers as part of a new digital sales team for a global medical company with a fantastic reputation within the industry.
Products: Main focus – endotherapy
The purpose of the role is to establish and develop sales from beginning to end and drive sales within the UI region.
Main accountabilities
1. Engaging and managing existing/new customers e2e to develop excellent working relationships (for assigned accounts)
2. Responsible to achieve individual sales target
3. Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities and acquiring new customers
4. Ownership of the full sales cycle in line with the business unit sales strategy
5. Set-up deep dive explanations of technical products via remote channels
6. Negotiating and managing contracts
7. Closely collaborating with territory management, marketing & data analysts
8. Up- and cross-selling activities to existing customer base
9. Updating each customer CRM profile with accurate and detailed information
10. Developing and maintaining a consistent flow of opportunities through effective account mgmt.
Candidate requirements:
– Remote sales experience, ideally medical.
– Ideally technical background and/or can demonstrate the ability to learn technical products.
– Experience in the use of virtual/digital/remote sales techniques and with digital working methods
– Experience working with CRM-tools (e.g. SFDC) & MS-Office applications
– Independent and happy to work remotely.
