Role Requirements
· Ensuring the seamless operation of our products and equipment, both new and existing. This means handling everything from emergency breakdown repairs to routine service maintenance.
· Installing new equipment and systems, and demonstrating them to support the sales team.
· Expertly repairing a range of equipment, including X-ray (both CR and DR) and mammography equipment.
· Managing a car stock of spare parts, keeping inventory records shipshape.
· Responding promptly to technical inquiries from our internal and external partners to ensure top-notch customer service.
· Attending training courses, both in the UK and abroad, to keep your knowledge fresh and growing.
Person Specifications
· Experience as an electrical/electronic field service engineer, ideally in the realm of imaging or X-ray equipment, whether in the medical field, airport security, military, or cargo X-rays (Desirable).
· An educational background, with a BTEC HNC Level 4 or equivalent qualification, and a preference for Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
· Comfortable with networking using Microsoft Windows.
· Exceptional customer service skills, putting customer satisfaction at the forefront, and adept at managing customer concerns.
· Organized and efficient, capable of reporting and addressing issues in a timely manner.
· Stellar communication skills, both within the team and with customers, building strong working relationships.
· Driven, enthusiastic, and proactive, never afraid to take initiative.
· Self-motivated and able to work independently.
· Hold a full UK driving license.

· Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
