Role Overview

Working for the Digital Marketing Manager EMEA, deliver a regular suite of digital marketing activity, including but not limited to the management and growth of the EMEA PPC and Amazon accounts, websites, email marketing and other duties as and when required. This role has the potential to add more responsibilities with product focused marketing.

Role Requirements

Main responsibilities
– Support the growth and continuous optimisation of both the Antylia Scientific Google Ads and Amazon accounts, supporting with content, promotional campaigns and optimisations as required.
– Manage year-round digital events, webinars and exhibition planning and execution processes for the EMEA Market
– The job holder will be responsible for the full 360 range of key Marketing projects management, from ideation and concept stage, to execution, and analysis and reporting on effectiveness and recommendations for improvement
– The job holder will be responsible for the EMEA email marketing communications plan, execution, analysis and optimisation
– Support the broader team in conference and exhibition planning
– The job holder will also be responsible for ensuring a wide range of business as usual (BAU) activity gets executed smoothly and efficiently within the team
– The role also involves managing translations and localisation of marketing campaigns, creating a range of visual assets such as PowerPoint presentations & videos, managing & organising a range of marketing assets (both digital and physical)

Communication and working relationships: You will work as a member of the Marketing department and are required to establish effective working relationships with our sales teams, category managers, as well as our Global and European teams.

Person Specifications

Job dimensions and necessary skills/ competencies
– Excellent organisational skills & meticulous attention to detail
– Excellent planning and project management skills
– Effective cross-functional stakeholder management across all levels of the organisation, including senior management
– Creative marketing experience, with a keen eye for design. Experience using Photoshop, Indesign or other design tools is desirable.
– Confident user of Microsoft Office suite, Smartsheet or a similar project management tool and experience working with a CRM system
-Sound problem solving skills and solutions-driven
– Good project planning, prioritisation and time management skills
– On-the-job training will be provided
– Experience in co-ordinating trade shows both in the UK and Overseas
– Previous experience working with Amazon and Google Ads desirable, though not essential.
