As an Events Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of event sponsorship packages, exhibition space, and delegate tickets to medical and pharmaceutical companies. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

They are seeking a talented Events Sales Executive to join our team in London.

Role Requirements

Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities with medical and pharmaceutical companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals and challenges to effectively position our events as solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sold sponsorship packages and exhibition space.
Meet and exceed sales targets while adhering to company sales policies and procedures.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Person Specifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the events industry or selling to medical and pharmaceutical companies.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
