Field Account Manager
Role Overview
In this role you will be responsible for building relationships with existing customers and drive sales by maximising brand awareness and visibility in stores. As an Account Manager you will be a real ambassador of the brands. Your main objectives will be to drive sales, generate new business and develop leads in and around London. You will be a real ambassador of our brands, not only in charge of sales but also ready to organise events in pharmacies, trainings and build customer relationships.

Role Requirements
• To devise and deliver sales initiatives delivered in person, remotely via phone, email and other communication systems.
• To achieve regional sales, grow your territory and achieve your goals
• To achieve targeted daily call rates and establish remote calling patterns that optimize return on investment.
• To identify opportunities for the effective merchandising of our brand to drive consumer awareness
• Added value activities such as training/education to ensure retailers recommend our products with confidence.
• To monitor sales on the territory and within each account to ensure territory business is on track to meet its annual target.
• To approach and attract potential clients such as pharmacies, multi-door health and beauty stores, beauty / hair salons and online retailers;
• Contribute to our social media management.
• Complete customer facing activities including in-store promotion events and product training as needed
• Support the UK sales director with projects as and when required
Person Specifications
· At least 2-3 years of Field Sales experience in Beauty/ Skincare/ Food supplements
· Experience in prospecting new customer with successful sales track record
· Working knowledge of the industry (pharmacies/ Beauty Salons/ Health stores/ department stores)
