Role Overview
If you enjoy and want to continue developing your highly technical skills within Microbiology, Zenopa are supporting a global business looking at adding a new Field Application Specialist to their UK team. You will enter as product expert, providing all technical support, troubleshooting and demonstrations for all external customers.

With their increased growth in this area, they are bringing in additional headcount to help support the demand of customers.
Role Requirements
With such a technical focus for this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Deliver all technical training for customers
-Go on customer visits to ensure all customers have the appropriate product training
-Being involved in pre-sales activities by providing all technical support necessary
-Ensure all paperwork is completed, involved within validation and QC
Person Specifications
For this role, it is essential you have a strong microbiology background- this role focusses on Zenopa’s client’s full microbiology portfolio, and due to it being such a technical role, you need to be knowledgeable in this area. In addition, ensuring you’ve been educated to degree level within a life science subject is also a requirement. Experience of working within the food or pharma industry is desirable, as these are the target markets for the role. Having training experience within the laboratory or a commercial role is needed for this role to be successful.
