Role Overview
You will be working within a cross-functional team across the UK and Ireland to provide high-quality technical expertise and work to strengthen the company’s relationship with customers. You will ensure the effective application of our clients products to their research and forge new connections with customers.

Role Requirements
You will help customers build on current operations and identify new opportunities for them to apply and benefit from our client’s technology.
You will be working with the regional technical applications and sales teams to provide support and strategically develop customer accounts.
You will be supporting the onboarding, certification and maintenance of Service Provider accounts.
Frequent travel (up to 70%) as part of this role.
Person Specifications
Technical competency to understand and clearly discuss fundamental theory and principles of experimental design, techniques and results.
Proficiency with data visualisation and analysis techniques is desirable.
You are approachable and have a strong commitment to achieve customer satisfaction.
Be able to effectively manage different priorities, work independently and contribute to the broader regional and technical teams.
