Role Overview
Technical training role focusing on our clients Molecular Diagnostics products, working some major NHS and Private clinical labs within the South UK , seeking band 5+ BMS’s within Molecular, Microbiology and Virology to take their first steps into a commercial role.

-The successful candidate will do training of our clients products following / during the sale of products into a NHS Lab, they also will be responsible for a level of first line technical support.

-South UK (Remote Based, Travel when needed) 50% travel time expected
Company Information
Our client is a manufacturer of Laboratory diagnostic products that has been selling to the clinical market for more than 20 years. The company is now exporting its products to 30 countries world-wide. Due to the continued success across the UK, the company has the following opening for an individual to join our highly motivated team based in the UK.
Role Requirements
The role is ideally suited to someone who is comfortable performing product/ equipment demonstrations in a clinical setting to a group of their peers.
The role will involve demonstrating, training and providing ongoing support for customer in the clinical laboratory environment throughout the UK.
The person in this role would also be responsible for developing a good working relationship with customers whilst continuously working with their sales group to ensure customers are being presented with the gold standard of distributed products in the diagnostic field.
Person Specifications
– Experience working as a Biomedical Scientist in Clinical Microbiology
– Masters Degree in Molecular Science / Biomedical Science or equivalent
– Real- time PCR Experience is preferred
Package
£30k – £40k Basic
£600 Car Allowance Per Month
Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays. Plus, the 3 days between Christmas and New Year that the office is closed and your Birthday.
Pension: 5% contribution
Benefits: Critical Illness cover and Death in Service cover.
