Field Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join the Sales Team to develop the Company’s designated Key Accounts in order to maintain and grow the volume and profitability of these accounts in support of the Company’s overall goals. You will be a sales leader within the Company, supporting by training, mentoring and coaching other members of the external and internal sales team.

We are supporting our client find a Field Sales Manager to join their team. The business has over 40 years’ experience in supplying quality laboratory equipment and consumables to laboratories in Universities, Research Institutes, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies.
Role Requirements
Managing the Company’s existing Key Accounts.
Identifying opportunities for growth and growing the accounts.
Identifying potential new Key Accounts within the targeted Vertical Markets for the targeted Product Categories.
Working with other members of the internal and external sales team to maximise the potential in Key Accounts.
Working with your team to develop their skills and abilities, including making joint visits to their customers, to help deliver the sales targets in other areas of the business.
Providing a written monthly report on activity carried out, results achieved and plans for coming period.
Person Specifications
Previous experience within a field sales management role.
Proven track record of driving sales team performance and managing a small team.
Strong leadership skills.
Experience in the scientific sector or related industries.
Willingness to travel nationally.
Package
Performance related bonus around 25% of base salary (uncapped)
