Role Requirements
Responsibilities
· Diagnose potential faults through talking to the customers
· Plan an emergency service visit and advise the account manager so that visits can be scheduled with the customer
· Visit site to correctly diagnose the issues
· Fix emergency and non-routine issues in a timely manner
· Liaise with other members of the Customer Success Team as necessary to ensure all issues can be rectified such as calibrating the magnet jointly
· Carry out all routine maintenance visits in a timely manner in line with Customer Service Level Agreements maintaining and fixing all hardware to ensure that scanners continue to operate at optimum levels
· Monitor the performance of installed systems revising maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
· Visit customer sites in all locations to perform system upgrades
· Ensure that all emergency and routine repairs are carried out as cost effectively as possible
· Ensure that all data is entered in a timely manner into appropriate systems e.g. Dynamics, to enable effective global communication
